The Global Greens should refrain from addressing Indigenous people as an issue or topic alongside food security, energy, biodiversity, etc. Indigenous issues, however, are those related to economic and social development, culture, the environment, education, health and human rights. We would also encourage the use of Indigenous as a proper noun as opposed to an adjective (e.g. indigenous flora), an all inclusive name referring to any Aboriginal, Indigenous, or Tribal peoples.
