We Greens call on our government and United Nations to encourage emissions reduction in developing world, whereas we insist that industrialised countries should increase their promotion of energy-saving and renewable energy technology.

We Greens call on our government and United Nations to encourage emissions reduction in developing world, whereas we insist that industrialised countries should increase their promotion of energy-saving and renewable energy technology.

A mechanism is need to ensure the development and transfer of technology, specifically those
energy saving and natural energy technologies that are crucial to limiting emissions while
sustaining development in the developing nations. To that end, developing countries should bear
responsibilities for expanding the transfer of investment and funds.
