Greens call on the leaders of the main religions as well as the representatives of agnostic, secular and atheist groups to deepen the dialogue among them with the aim of overcoming hate and misunderstandings in order to reduce the conflict potentially related to religious intolerance. We support the efforts made in the context of the Parliament of the World’s Religions. Greens firmly condemn all violence in the name of religion, and any discrimination, especially against women, gays, lesbians, bisexual, transgender and intersex people based on religion.
